New Bulletin Issue

The latest issue of the APLA Bulletin is available now in its new format.

In this issue Katharine Hall gives us a roundup of her experiences at the Information Without Borders conference, I talk about moving the Bulletin from paper to electronic, and Sara Gillis gives us an update on the upcoming APLA conference.  Plus news from around the region and from the association.
