Here's How
Instructions for Libraries:
1. Download and print copies of the official ballot
2. Make sure you write the name of your branch on each ballot!
3. Have participants at your Games@theLibrary event(s) fill out a ballot. Participants at an event can only enter one ballot each. However, if an individual attends multiple Games@the Library events, they may fill out a ballot for each event they attend.
4. Mail your ballots to:

The draw will be held on November 25, 2010. If the winning ballot is from your branch, we will contact you so you can contact the winner directly. A photograph at your branch of the winner being presented with the grand prize will be required
Games@theLibrary Grand Prize Draw: Rules
1. To be eligible for the draw, you must participate in a Games@theLibrary week program held between October 18-24, 2010. Participants may enter one ballot for each Games@theLibrary event attended.
2. A single grand prize winner in Atlantic Canada will receive a Nintendo Wii console. Approximate retail value $279.99. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. The draw will be held on November 25, 2010. The winner will be contacted by the library at which they attended the Games@theLibrary program.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use of his or her name and photograph for promotional purposes.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that APLA as well as the participating libraries, may not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.
