Register early for this one! Joan has built in some pre-session work to customize the seminar and activate prior thinking about the topic.
Step 1: Information
• Two weeks prior to the session Joan will gather information by e-mail from registered participants about the status of their roving program, and the challenges they are facing in keeping it going. Joan will also ask for questions in advance, which she will address in a question and answer period, along with “live” questions.
Step 2: Pre-reading
• One week prior to the presentation Joan will send some pre-reading material about Pro-active Service and Roving
